1. Definitions1.1. "Company" refers to SpaceAszure Ventures and its affiliates.
1.2. "Client" refers to the individual or organization utilizing our services or purchasing our products.
1.3. "Services" refer to all products and services offered by SpaceAszure, including but not limited to the Deal-x platform, external warranty policies, and post-installation maintenance services.
2. Scope of Services
2.1. SpaceAszure provides sales platforms, warranty solutions, and maintenance services to support interior companies and clients. 2.2. Maintenance services include the 'Prosper' (5-year) and 'Aszure Plus' (10-year) packages, and 'Prosper Eco' policy for (1 year_AMC )
2.3. Maintenance service coverage starts six months after project completion, subject to compliance with the agreed terms for 5 and 10 year packages for companies, and for clients for 1 year , 5, & 10 year services clients can avail immediate services without any cooling period
3. Payment Terms
3.1. All service payments must be made in full as per the agreed timeline and invoicing terms.
3.2. For long-term policies, clients must pay the amount specified at the time of purchase, inclusive of applicable taxes such as GST.
3.3. Failure to pay within the agreed timeline may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. Clients must provide accurate information and maintain transparency in all interactions.
4.2. Any issues or repair requests must be communicated promptly to SpaceAszure’s support team.
4.3. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to premises for maintenance or repair activities.
5. Service Coverage
5.1. Maintenance services include zero-cost repairs covering transportation, labor, and repair materials subject to policy types user purchase.
5.2. Major replacements are handled by SpaceAszure and are subject to availability.
5.3. Repairs or replacements will be addressed within 24 -72 hrs hours of receiving a complaint.
6. Limitations of Liability
6.1. SpaceAszure is not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, or third-party disruptions.
6.2. Liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.
7. Termination
7.1. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days' written notice.
7.2. SpaceAszure reserves the right to terminate services for violations of these
Terms and Conditions.
7.3. Upon termination, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered or ongoing policies.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on SpaceAszure’s website and platforms, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials, is the property of SpaceAszure.
8.2. Clients are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or exploiting SpaceAszure’s intellectual property without explicit permission.
9. Confidentiality
9.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the provision of services.
9.2. SpaceAszure may use client data for service improvement and analytics, ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
10.2. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
11. Modifications to Terms
11.1. SpaceAszure reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
11.2. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Refund Policy,
All the payments made are non-refundable once its received by SpaceAszure, this will create a instant account fot you and make the resources allocated
